Terms and Conditions
All orders placed with us and sales handled by us are subject, without exception, to the following terms and conditions, which shall prevail over any clause appearing in any document issued by our customers and contractees.
Consequently, no specific conditions shall, unless explicitly accepted in writing by us, alter or modify these terms and conditions.
Prices are always quoted excluding VAT and, unless specific conditions apply, ex warehouse.
Prices are subject to change without notice by the seller. However, the seller will take care to inform the purchaser of the price changes by issuing a new catalog or any other document.
Consequently, the modified prices will apply from the date of dispatch of the new catalog or of this other document
Shipping and delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom only, excluding Northern Ireland.
Shipping costs are £10 for orders under £40 ex VAT.
For Orders exceeding £40 ex VAT (catalogue price) and deliverable in a single shipment, shipping will be free of charge for shipments within the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland).
The starting point for the delivery time corresponds to the date of confirmation of the order; the delivery times given are estimates only.
Reception and claims
Upon arrival of the merchandise at its place of destination, the purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the delivery is in conformity with his order. It is the recipient's responsibility:
- To note any claim or reservation (missing packages, damaged or wet packages, etc.) on the carrier's delivery receipt, but in no case must the notation "subject to unpacking" be made.
- No claim against us shall be receivable if the abovementioned point has not been observed.
- Installation and start-up of the equipment are the customer's responsibility. In case of breakdown or malfunction, the equipment, if under guarantee, must be returned to us at the customer's expense for repair. If the equipment is no longer under guarantee, it may still be returned at the customer's expense for repair, and said repair shall be billed to the customer. Except in case of negotiated exception, our company, Perron Rigot UK shall not provide installation or repair services at the purchaser’s premises.
Returns, refunds and cancellations
For hygiene reasons, items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in re-saleable condition with all packaging intact and unopened.
Items must be returned within 21 days of receipt.
If you wish to return or replace an item, please contact Customer Services on 020 7512 0872 and quote your order number. Returns of non-faulty equipment will be at the customer's expense and must be packaged securely and must include the customer's order number, name and address.
Refunds will be made via the method of payment used for the original purchase.
