Cirepil Cristalline 800g is a premium low-temperature hard (stripless) wax in bead form designed for professional beauty therapists. Ideal for delicate and intimate areas such as bikini, underarms and face, Cristalline offers precision, comfort and consistent performance — perfect for UK salons and mobile therapists.
Product Overview
Cirepil Cristalline is a translucent, low-melting hard wax bead formulated to adhere to the hair (not the skin), allowing pain reduction and precise removal of short or stubborn hairs. Its elastic, non-sticky texture peels cleanly for professional results with minimal redness.
Key Benefits
- Low-temperature formula — safer and more comfortable for clients.
- Excellent for intimate areas (bikini, Brazilian, Hollywood), underarms and face.
- Removes short and coarse hairs effectively — shrink-wrap action around the hair.
- Translucent beads provide visibility for precise application.
- Dermatologically developed for professional salon use — made in France.
Technical Details & Sizes
Format: 800g beads (tin-ready).
Type: Hard (non-strip) wax — stripless removal.
Skin types: Normal to sensitive. Suitable for reactive skins when used correctly.
Made in: France.
How to Use (Professional Guidelines)
- Heat in a professional wax pot to working consistency (low temp) — do not overheat.
- Apply a thin-to-medium layer in the direction of hair growth using a spatula or paddle.
- Allow wax to cool and set until it becomes elastic and no longer tacky.
- Hold skin taut and remove the wax briskly in the opposite direction of hair growth.
- Finish with a pre/post-wax care serum or calming lotion to reduce redness and prevent ingrowns.
Best Uses & Professional Tips
Best for: bikini line, Brazilian and Hollywood waxing, underarms, precision facial work (upper lip, chin). Works especially well on short or stubborn hair that can be tricky for strip wax.
Expert Tips — Maximise Results with Cristalline
- Work at a low, stable temperature: the wax must be soft enough to spread yet cool enough to set quickly.
- Apply in the direction of hair growth and allow full setting — premature removal reduces efficacy.
- For very coarse hair, apply slightly thicker layers; for facial areas, use thin layers and translucent formulas for precision.
- Always use a clean spatula for each client and pair with a pre & post wax care routine to limit irritation and ingrown hairs.
Ingredients & Safety
Formulated for professional use — please consult the product label or SDS for the full ingredient list and safety instructions. Patch test recommended for reactive skins. Avoid use on irritated or broken skin.

Common Questions (FAQ)
- Can Cristalline be used on the face?
- Yes — its translucent, low-temp texture is ideal for precise facial work; use thin layers and the Visage variant when available for delicate areas.
- Is Cristalline suitable for sensitive skin?
- Yes — when used at correct temperature and technique; always perform a patch test on reactive skin.
- How long will the results last?
- Expect 3–4 weeks depending on individual hair growth cycles; regular waxing can reduce hair density over time.

Extended Notes — When to choose Cirepil Cristalline
Cristalline is the go-to hard wax when visibility during application is important (facial shaping, precision bikini edges) and when working with short regrowth. Its balance of elasticity and firmness makes it forgiving for estheticians transitioning from soft wax to stripless techniques.
Perron Rigot Academy — Professional Techniques
As a premium translucent wax, Cirepil Cristalline performs best when therapists take advantage of its visual clarity and ultra-fine application texture. At Perron Rigot Academy, professionals learn how to work with this low-temperature, high-precision formula to achieve gentle yet highly effective results on sensitive skin and short regrowth.
Pro Application Technique
- Apply in thin, even layers to maximise the transparency benefits and monitor hair encapsulation.
- Use firm initial pressure to ensure the wax fully wraps even the shortest hairs.
- Allow the wax to reach a flexible, matte finish before removal to avoid snapping.
- Maintain steady skin tension, especially on facial areas or reactive skin types.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Applying too thick a layer — Cristalline is formulated for fine, precise spreads.
- Not monitoring encapsulation — the wax’s transparency is a technical advantage.
- Removing too early, which may reduce grip on very short regrowth.
Optimising Results
- Use minimal pre-wax oil to avoid reducing adhesion on short or downy hair.
- Warm the skin lightly on colder clients to preserve optimal fluidity when spreading.
- Perfect for “clean-up passes”: use extremely thin layers for a polished finish on sensitive zones.
These expert techniques reflect Perron Rigot Academy training, helping professionals achieve maximum comfort and precision with translucent waxes like Cirepil Cristalline.
